Information collected
When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, approximate square footage, preferred shoot date, package selection, and any notes you add. This information is used only to respond to your request, schedule a shoot, and communicate with you about that booking.
How the form is processed
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which delivers your message to my email inbox. Formspree may retain submission data as part of its own service — see Formspree's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data. This site also uses Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form to help prevent spam submissions; reCAPTCHA use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What isn't collected
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information you submit is used solely to fulfill your photography request.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to complete and follow up on your shoot request, plus a reasonable period afterward for basic record-keeping.
Your choices
If you'd like your information removed or have questions about how it's handled, email caleb@calebschweinsberg.com and I'll take care of it.
